Make a Reservation
Rental Steps
  1. Check web site calendar for availability and determine your dates.
  2. Email Bryan Ulrich at bryan@riversway.org and he will mark the dates off on the web calendar.
  3. Bryan will send you a Contract, Rental Agreement and Rates document by email.
  4. Determine your cost using the Rates document and your best guess on the number of people who will be coming.
  5. Fill out the Contract, sign the Rental Agreement Form and mail these to River’s Way along with your down payment of 50%, within 10 days of receiving the email. The address for River’s Way is River’s Way Outdoor Adventure Center, 889 Stoney Hollow Road, Bluff City, TN 37618. Please make checks out to River’s Way.
  6. If we do not receive the down payment, Contract and Rental Agreement within 10 days, we will take your reservation off the calendar.
  7. The down payment is non-refundable though it may be applied to another rental should you need to cancel.
