Volunteering


River’s Way welcomes and relies on volunteers, ages 13- 22, drawn from schools, church youth groups, scouts, social service organizations and colleges. Volunteers participate in outdoor adventure programming with youth with disabilities during summer camps. Benefits of volunteering include: feeling good about serving, making new friends, enjoying outdoor adventures and meeting education- related goals. Employment at River's Way


River's Way employs three full time staff throughout the year. We do not currently have any full time position openings. Those interested in full time employment may check back for future opportunities.

We are now hiring staff for Summer 2008. We need summer adventure staff to help run both residential and day programs during the entire summer. Employment with River's Way will provide any young professional with excellent training and experience in a wide variety of adventure activities and camp management. River's Way is also very interested in working with Colleges and Universities to provide students with internship experiences.
